This zipped set of forms contains information that Clients may like to know before signing up with us including rates, booking procedures, cancellation policy, and other administrative and financial procedures. The folder contains the following forms "Language Factory Brochure", "Language Factory Postcard", "Using Language Factory Services" & "Language Factory Rate Card".
The Invoice Template is for you to download, complete, and submit (either as a fax, posted or scanned & emailed) to Language Factory along with Job Order Forms. In the Invoice that you sumbit, please be sure to include the Job No for every new job that you have undertaken for Language Factory.
The Job Order Form is avaiable for you to download, have on hand before the assignment, and have signed by the Client (as proof of completion of the assignment) after the assignment. Completed Job Order forms (filled in details of the assignment but especially the unique Job No provided to you) will be sumitted along with your Invoice.

This Information Pack provides all the information neccessary to get new and existing contractors working with Language Factory. Once you have downloaded and unzipped the set of forms to your computer, please review "LF Procedures for Contractors.pdf" which details how Langauge Factory operates and provides information on booking and financial procedures which will be off interest to you. This information sheet also explains the other documents present in the set of forms.
